COREROX – Multi-Station Fitness Challenge
Get ready to test your engine at COREROX — a multi-Station Fitness Challenge built for every level of athlete. Whether you're chasing the clock or showing up for the challenge, this event combines functional fitness, endurance, and high-energy competition in an unforgettable challenge-day atmosphere.
Participants will move through a series of 6 workout stations, finishing the challenge with a run. Each segment is designed to test your strength, endurance, grit, and pacing, pushing you from start to finish.

Competitor Division participants will compete under official judging standards and will be eligible for awards and podium placement.

COREROX STATION DETAILS (Competitor Division)
Station 1 – Row (Distance: 1,000m / Damper Setting: 6
Station 2 – Burpee Broad Jumps (Approximate Distance: 68m (224 ft)
Station 3 – Sandbag Walking Lunges (Approximate Distance: 136m (448 ft)
Station 4 – Kettlebell Farmer Carry (Approximate Distance: 205m (672 ft)
Men - Two 16kg Kettlebells
Women - Two 14kg Kettlebells
Station 5 – Wall Balls
Men - 18 lb Med Ball (50 Repetitions) 9 ft Target
Women - 14 lb Med Ball (50 Repetitions) 9 ft Target
Station 6 – Military Hand-Release Push-Ups (50 Repetitions)
Competitive Division Standard - Knee push-ups are NOT permitted.
Final Run - Distance (Approximately 0.5 Mile)
Open Division
For participants who want the full COREROX experience without the pressure of competition. The goal of the Open Division is participation, accomplishment, and completing the course.
Open Division participants will receive official timing results but will participate under an honor-based completion system. Judges may provide guidance and assistance, but the division is designed to remain welcoming, supportive, and accessible rather than highly competitive.

Station 5 – Wall Balls (25 Repetitions) - 8 ft Target
Men & Women - 10 lb Med Ball
Station 6 – Military Hand-Release Push-Ups (25 Repetitions)
Final Run (Distance - Approximately 0.5 Mile)
