For two decades, our community has come together every autumn to lace up, hit the pavement, and make a real difference right here in Winkler. Whether you’ve crossed our finish line every year since 2005 or you’re joining us for the very first time, this 20th anniversary event is dedicated to you.

To every runner, walker, volunteer, sponsor, and cheerleader who has supported us over the last 20 years: thank you. Your dedication, enthusiasm, and generosity have transformed this local run into a powerful tradition of community support.

The Thanks for Giving Run is more than just a race—it’s an opportunity to give back to our neighbors. 100% of proceeds continue to directly support the Winkler and District Food Cupboard, helping ensure local families have access to essential food items as we head into the holiday season. Every registration fee, donation, and step you take helps feed a family in our community.
