11:00 a.m. — Welcome from Cassandra Thiesen
11:10 a.m. — 5 km walk begins
11:15 a.m. — Kid-friendly walk begins
12:00–3:00 p.m. — After the walk, enjoy a BBQ, bouncy castles, princesses, face painting, robot battles, and activity stations!
12:30–1:30 p.m. — Balloon animals 
The BBQ will be by donation and we will have additional sweaters and shirts available for purchase. Please bring cash or have Apple Pay set up on your phone to help keep the line moving quickly and smoothly. We will also have adebit/credit machine available if needed. 
Sweater/Tshirt pick up. - Please come to the JPCH tent to pick up your purchased or earned sweaters/tshirts. The lists have been emailed and will be printed at the tent of the participants who have purchased or earned their sweaters BEFORE August 29th. If you have earned them after this time, another order will be made at the end of September and distributed upon arrival.
Are strollers and pets allowed?
Yes! Strollers and pets on leashes are welcome.
Are bikes and scooters allowed?
Unfortunately, for the safety of all participants, bikes and scooters are not permitted.
Where are the washrooms?
The washrooms are located in the building across from the Meewasin Park playground.
Where is the best place to park?
The best place to park is in the Meewasin Park parking lot. Once it is full, additional parking is available along Whiteswan Road, Saguenay Drive, Pinehouse Drive, and Assiniboine Drive. With so many participants please try to carpool.
