This is a marathon relay that includes 26 laps of a 1 mile loop in Rock Hill, SC at Lakeshore Parkway. A full team is 5 runners, but you can make the race more challenging by splitting the laps up with fewer teamates. Teams can divide the legs up and run the legs in any order but must change runners after each lap. Ideally, a team would run in order to get as much rest and to refuel before running again. However, there is no rule in place for team running order. IMPORTANT **** Anyone planning to do this event solo, there are cutoffs times of five hours.

***Registration Fees are non-refundable.***The deadline for being guaranteed a t-shirt is noon on September 1st. Any registrants after that are not guaranteed a shirt. You will be welcome to check for what is remaining after packet pickup closes on race day.***
