5:00 PM – DJ, Photobooth, Sponsor Village & Food Trucks Open
Arrive early to visit live DJ, Photobooth, sponsor booths, enjoy great food, and experience the excitement of The Greatest Run on Earth!
6:00 PM – Race Day Registration Closes
All participants must be registered by 6:00 PM.
6:05 PM – Best Dressed Contest
Show off your circus spirit! The award will be presented for the most creative and festive "Under the Big Top" attire.
6:15 PM – Runners Report to the Starting Line
All registered runners should proceed to the starting line on South King Street and prepare for the start of the race.
6:30 PM – The Greatest Run on Earth Begins!
The 33rd Annual Bettye Butler Memorial Unity Run 5K officially starts. Chip timing will be used for all participants. Runners must cross the starting line by 6:35 PM to receive an official race time.
7:15 PM – Best Booth Award Announced
We'll recognize the sponsor booth that best captures the spirit, creativity, and fun of Under the Big Top!
7:30 PM – Awards Ceremony
Celebrate the top finishers, age-group winners, and overall race champions.
8:30 PM – Sponsor Village & Food Trucks Close
