GENERAL
Q: Who can join Pokémon RUN 30?
A: Everyone is welcome to join! For age requirements, please refer to the Race Mechanics.
REGISTRATION & RACE KIT
Q: How many registrations can one person make?
A: To help prevent unauthorized reselling and scalping, each person may purchase up to four (4) race registrations only.
Q: Can I change my event category after registering?
A: No. Registrations are final and race categories cannot be changed.
Q: Can I cancel my registration?
A: Yes, you may withdraw from the event. However, registration fees are non-refundable, and race slots are non-transferable.
Q: Can I update my registration details?
A: Yes, but only for typographical errors, address, and contact information. Requests must be made a month before race day.
Q: Is online registration secure?
A: Yes. Our registration platform uses security measures that meet Philippine banking industry standards.
Q: Can I claim the race kit of someone else?
A: No. Race kits must be claimed personally by the registered participant. No representative or proxy claims will be allowed.
Q: What do I need to bring to claim my race kit?
A: Please bring the following:
Your confirmation email with the QR code and one (1) valid government-issued ID
Q: Can I request an Official Receipt (OR)?
A: Yes. Simply send us a direct message with your request, and we'll assist you in processing your Official Receipt.
Q: Can my race kit be delivered?
A: No. Race kits are for pick-up only. We will not be offering delivery services.
Q: Can I transfer, sell, or lend my race bib to someone else?
A: No. Race bibs are non-transferable and are registered under the participant's name. Selling, transferring, lending, duplicating, or altering race bibs is strictly prohibited. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found using a race bib that was not officially assigned to them.

Q: What race categories are available?
A: Pokémon RUN 30 features one fun-filled category: 5KM Adventure.
Q: Is Pokémon RUN 30 a competitive race?
A: No. Pokémon RUN 30 is a non-competitive fun run designed for Trainers of all ages to enjoy the Pokémon adventure together. There are no race rankings or podium awards.
RACE DAY
Q: Will parking be available at the venue?
A: Yes, parking will be available. Parking details will be announced through our official social media channels closer to the event.
As we expect over 20,000 participants across the two event days, we highly encourage participants to:
- Carpool with friends or family
- Use ride-hailing services
- Stay at a nearby hotel or Airbnb to avoid heavy traffic and parking congestion
Q: Where do I line up before the race?
A: Your assigned assembly area will be announced through RUNRIO's official Facebook and Instagram pages before race day.
Q: Can I check in my bags?
A: Yes! Baggage deposit facilities will be available. We recommend arriving early to avoid long queues.
While we take every precaution to safeguard your belongings, please avoid leaving valuables in your bag, as the organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Q: What should I do if I get injured during the event?
A: Medical aid stations, paramedics, and route marshals will be stationed throughout the course. Simply approach the nearest official if you need assistance.
Q: What happens if it rains? Will the event be cancelled?
A: The event is rain or shine. However, should severe weather conditions such as a typhoon make it unsafe to proceed, the event will be postponed. Any changes will be announced through our official social media channels.
THE ROUTE
Q: Do I need to start in my assigned wave?
A: Yes. Please follow the wave number and gun start printed on your race bib to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Q: What if I miss my assigned wave?
A: No worries! You can still participate and will simply be assigned to the last wave (Wave 20).
Q: Will there be road closures?
A: Yes. Portions of the race route will be temporarily closed. Please check the official Race Guide for road closure schedules.
PARTICIPANTS
Q: My event shirt doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
A: Unfortunately, event shirts cannot be exchanged. You're welcome to wear another shirt during the event, provided your official race bib is clearly visible.
Q: Can I use the same race bib for both event days?
A: No. Each race bib is valid only for the specific event day indicated on the bib. Participants must use the correct race bib assigned to their registered day.
Q: What refreshments will be available?
A: Drinking water will be available at hydration stations along the route and at the finish area.
Q: Can I walk instead of run?
A: Absolutely! Pokémon RUN 30 welcomes both runners and walkers. If you're walking, please keep to the right side of the route to allow others to pass safely.
Q: Are wheelchairs, bicycles, skates, scooters, or strollers allowed?
A: For everyone's safety, wheeled equipment other than official event vehicles is not permitted on the course.
Q: What will I receive after finishing?
A: All finishers will receive:

Pokémon Lenticular Cards (2nd Evolution Form)
Display Sheet for Lenticular Cards (upon completion of the Pokédex Search Sheet)

SUPPORTERS
Q: Can my family and friends come cheer for me?
A: Definitely! Supporters are encouraged to cheer along the route. Please remind them to stay clear of the race course and follow event staff instructions.
RAFFLE & AWARDS
Q: Will there be a podium ceremony?
A: No. Pokémon RUN 30 is a non-competitive fun run and will not have a podium awarding ceremony.
Q: Do I need to be present to win the raffle?
A: Winners of major raffle prizes must be present during the raffle draw to claim their prizes. Winners of other raffle prizes will be announced through RUNRIO’s channels together with claiming instructions.
FACILITIES
Q: Will there be restrooms?
A: Yes. Portalets will be available within the event grounds.
