Welcome to the James "Frenchy" Lambert Memorial Trot Thru the Woods

The Trot Thru the Woods is an annual 5k and fun run through the beautiful Warson Woods residential streets. We pride ourselves on putting on a very fun, family oriented event. It is organized by the Warson Woods Running Club.

We put on one of the most fun races in town. The 5k is priced right and the fun run is free if you sign up by the end of September! We have free pictures of the race and, of course, the famous running turkey!

This year's race will be held on Saturday November 21st at Royal Oak Park (900 Warson Woods Dr, 63122). The 5k starts at 8:00 A.M. sharp followed by the fun run at 9:00.

Packet pickup is on Friday November 20th from 3:00 to 5:00 also at Royal Oak Park.

Back by popular demand are t-shirts for all 5k registrants. Register before November 1st to guarantee size and t-shirt availability.

Parking is available on race day morning behind City Hall (10015 Manchester Road, 63122). Please arrive early as parking is limited.

Race day amenities include free pictures which will be published in the days after the race. We will also have post-race refreshments for all participants.

Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female runners. In addition, age group awards will be presented to the top male and female in the following age groups: 7 and Under, 8-10, 11-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

All kid fun run participants will receive a prize!
