This is a flat, fast, 5k with chip timing. The course is certified

Perfect to run your first 5k, push your limits, or set a new PR taking advantage of your summer training! The 5k race will be eligible for IRA 2026 points standing.

We will be hosting a 1 mile race as well, which is also certified for 2026 as above

9:15 am 1 Mile Start Time
Untimed kids "fun run" after the mile race by donation.
ALL 5k and mile proceeds and donations go to benefit the UBCO Heat cross country program!
