Help Tina raise money

My dad struggled with Mental Health issues all my life. Many times he attempted to take his own life and by the grace of God he was never successful. 

The Canadian Mental Health Association was a community resource my dad benefited from and I will always be grateful for the people there who made him feel loved and accepted. 

Growing up there was a lot of stigma attached to my dad’s illness. I can see 50 years later not much has changed. Now is the time to let people know they are not alone. If this is a cause you believe in let’s end the stigma together.
