24 Hours of Heroes
November 7th 10am - November 8th 10am EST

24 Hours of Heroes will be running November 7th - 8th, 2026 in support of Wounded Warriors Canada, for our 11th year running! Nearly every hour on the hour, a new Hero workout will be completed, where gyms can choose to participate in any number of the workout(s). Alternatively, participants may choose to complete any number of the hero workouts at home (with appropriate limited equipment scaling options if needed!) or in one of our host gym locations. First Responder groups are also invited to participate in a modified version of the event! Top fundraising individuals, gyms, and first responder teams will receive special prizes from our amazing sponsors.
The 24 Hours of Heroes event started in 2016 with 24 “Hero” workouts - CrossFit-style workouts that are written and performed to honour fallen service men and women - in order to raise funds and awareness for Trauma-Exposed Professionals living with OSI (Operational Stress Injuries). Hero workouts are typically long and gruelling, and are meant to make you really uncomfortable, but also to remind you of their ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and safety. Through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada, we have raised over $504,000 towards their initiatives to date!
