My Story…
As a CrossFitter, I've always loved the idea behind Hero WODS and working for something bigger than myself. As a Community Occupational Therapist, I see the direct impact of Operational Stress Injuries on the lives of the client's I work with every day - most of which are First Responders/Public Safety Personnel. I love the opportunity to blend my personal passion for fitness with my professional role of an OT to create an opportunity for growth and to support a great cause in the process!
