Harbor Day School (formerly Little Light House) is a tuition-free Christian Development Center for children birth to six who have special needs. Through generous support over the years, Harbor Day School has grown from serving 5 students in 2006 to serving 45 students today. Milestones in Motion (formerly Laps for Little Ones) is a 5K/Fun Run fundraiser that supports the mission of Harbor Day School. By participating in this fundraiser, you can help us provide these kids with the tools that help them communicate, walk, and learn. We celebrate their victories and all the milestones they reach, and we would love for you to join us in celebrating these amazing kids.
We will be hosting Milestones in Motion on October 24, 2026 at Broadmoor Baptist Church , located at 1531 Highland Colony Parkway, Madison, MS 39110.
Packet Pick Up will be on Friday, October 23rd at Broadmoor Baptist Church from 10:00am-6:00pm. If you are unable to pick up your packet during this time, we will also be opening the registration/packet pick up table on race day (October 24th) from 6:30am-7:10am.
The 5K run will start at 7:30 am and 5K walk at 7:35 am. The Fun Run follows other races. After the Fun Run, will be Student Victory Lap where we celebrate Harbor Day School students and Alumni as they strut across the finish line.

5K Run
5K Walk
To be eligible for awards, participants must walk the entire 5K. Running or jogging at any point during the race will result in disqualification from placing.
Virtual Participant
Support Harbor Day School even if you can't participate in the 5K! You'll receive an official race T-shirt, and we hope you'll join us on race day to cheer on our participants and students during the Victory Lap.
