Teacher & Volunteer Information
Rainbow Club Australia appreciate the assistance of teachers and families to volunteer to help our events run smoothly. Each club team should have a Lead or Squad teacher to represent them on the day.
Role Descriptions
Volunteer Roles Available
Club Teacher Roles Available - Register as a Club Teacher. (RCA Teacher only)
Marshalls - Help swimmers to get marshalling area and starting blocks.
Time Keepers - Support head Time Keeper with timing system. Collecting times for the system.
Novelty Activities - Support Novelty Coordinator with activities. (RCA Teacher only)
On the Field Activities - Support activities on the field, help with set up and pack up.
Registration Desk - Mark swimmers off at entry, send them to sit with their clubs and Squad teachers, give swim caps where required.
Ribbons - Hand out ribbons at the end of each race.
Race Registration - Mark swimmers off into heats and race lanes. Keep flow of races according to heat schedule.
In- Pool Support - Support swimmer in the water (RCA Teacher only)
