“The original low cost, low key coastal fun running
community event series in South Australia”

Welcome to the 10th year of our original popular multi-day running challenge.

This year the Coastal 5 has been modified from a 5 day consecutive event to include just the 2 dates a few months apart. Day 1 on Sat Aug 22nd & Day 2 on Sun Oct 11th.
The event will revert back to our original event distance of only the 42.2km marathon distance on our AIMS measured Semaphore South spartan course.
Due to having difficulty finding volunteer support this event will now be a totally self supported event. (This means finisher medals and race bibs will be handed out before the event at the race briefing. You will need to record your run on Strava or the like showing "elapsed" time and pass onto coastalfunruns to be included in official online results).
42.2km - one day - $35
42.2km - both days - $60
Race Bib & Finisher Medal included in registration price.

A 7:00am Start for both days with Check - In from 6:15am with Race briefing and group photo at 6:45am.
The event is 100 marathon club approved and is run on an AIMS measured course along the coast starting from Semaphore.
Part proceeds to our nominated charity ACRF to help #endcancer.
Event email with all relevant details will be sent to all registered participants once registration is due to close a few days before the event date.
