1. General & Event Details
Q: When and where will the event take place?
- Date: Sunday, 6 December 2026
- Venue: Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA, Sepang
Q: Are there age limits for participants?
- 21km: Minimum 16 years old on event day.
- 10km: Minimum 15 years old on event day.
- 5km Fun Run: Open to ages 5 years old and up. Participants aged 12 and below must be registered and accompanied by a registered adult (18+) on the course.
2. Registration & Race Roster Platform
Q: How do I register for the event?
A: Registration is exclusively online via the Race Roster platform. Select your preferred distance, complete your personal details, choose your apparel size, and make your payment.
Q: Can I register multiple people under one Race Roster account?
A: Yes! Race Roster allows you to add multiple participants (family, friends, or running crew) to a single registration transaction before proceeding to checkout.
Q: I registered but haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?
- Check your Junk/Spam folder.
- Log into your Race Roster Account and go to "Dashboard" > "My Events" to view your active registrations.
- If your registration doesn't appear, contact our support team at [Insert Support Email] with your full name and payment receipt.
Q: Can I change my category or transfer my bib to someone else?
A: Registrations are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Due to safety, insurance compliance mandated by the Sports Commissioner Office of Malaysia, and bib customization, running under someone else’s name is strictly prohibited.
3. Race Kit & Entitlements
Q: What is included in my Race Kit?
- 5km: Event Tee, Race Bib, Event Goodie Bag, Finisher Towel and Finisher Medal (upon completing the race).
- 10km: Event Tee, Race Bib with Timing Chip, Event Goodie Bag, Finisher Towel, and Finisher Medal (upon completing the race).
- 21km: Event Tee, Race Bib with Timing Chip, Event Goodie Bag, Finisher Towel, Finisher Medal, and an Exclusive 21km Finisher Tee (awarded strictly upon cross-finish line within COT).
Q: When and where is Race Entry Pack Collection (REPC)?
- Dates: 4 & 5 December 2026
- Time: 10:00am to 8:00pm
- Location: TBC
⚠️ Note: Strictly NO race pack collection on event day.
Q: What documents do I need to collect my Race Kit?
A: Please present your Race Roster e-confirmation slip (with QR code) alongside your MyKad or Passport (digital or physical copy).
Q: Can someone collect my Race Kit on my behalf?
A: Yes. Your representative must bring:
- A digital or printed copy of your Race Roster e-confirmation slip.
- A copy of your MyKad/Passport.
- A completed/signed Authorization Form
Q: Can I request race kit postage?
A: Yes, home delivery is available as an add-on option on Race Roster during registration for an additional fee (Domestic Malaysia shipping only). Deliveries will be dispatched approximately 1–2 weeks before the event.
Q: Can I exchange my T-shirt size during or after REPC?
A: Size exchanges are strictly not permitted. Please check the sizing chart carefully on Race Roster before submitting your order.
4. Race Day & Safety Guidelines
Q: Is there timing gear provided?
A: The 10km and 21km categories use a timing chip integrated into your race bib. The 5km Fun Run is a non-competitive, non-timed category.
Q: Is there baggage storage available on race morning?
A: Yes, a complimentary baggage drop counter will be available at the race village. Please refrain from leaving valuables, cash, or expensive electronics in your bags. The organizer is not liable for loss or damage. Baggage storage availability is based on a first-come-first-served basis due to space limitations.
Q: Is insurance coverage provided?
A: Yes, basic Group Personal Accident Insurance is included for all registered runners, as required by local sports regulations. However, participants are encouraged to have personal medical coverage.
Q: What happens in the event of bad weather?
A: The run will proceed in light rain. In the event of severe weather (heavy storm, lightning hazard, haze), the organizer reserves the right to delay the flag-off or cancel/shorten the route for safety reasons. Registration fees are non-refundable in weather-related emergencies.
Q: Can I wear suprerhero costumes?
A: Absolutely. Participants are encouraged to dress as their favourite characters. For safety reasons, no realistic weapons, vision-obstructing masks, or unsafe costumes.
Q: Will there be hydration stations?
A: Yes. Water stations will be provided along the course and at the finish line.
Q: Will medical assistance be available?
A: Yes. Medical teams, ambulances and first aid stations will be stationed throughout the race venue and route.
