35th Annual Mist to Mews Canoe & Kayak Race

Celebrating 35 years!

One Last Paddle.... Sink or Swim, Everyone Wins!

2026 Theme - TBD

This 7 mile paddle from the Ocean Mist in Matunuck to the Mews Tavern in Wakefield, RI starts with a 200 yard foot race to where to the race begins in Potters Pond. The race kicks off at approximately 10:30am but actual start time is TBD by the tide.

Once at the Mews - enjoy an outdoor awards party with cold brews, food, music and raffles!

All Proceeds of this race are to Benefit the Wounded Warrior Foundation

*Please note that the race start & finish lines are at separate locations, plan your rides accordingly as there is no transportation provided
