The Challenges:

Challenge 1:

A .80KM closed loop roadway. As a team of 4, run as many laps possible in the 30 minutes.

Challenge 2:

Want to test your speed on an ALL OUT 1 MILE time trial? Now is your time as we will also be having a 1 mile challenge for those who want to throw it down hard in that race category.

All lit by LED, pumped with music, and designed to test your speed and strategy.

The Premise:

Top relay teams from each bracket will move onto the finals.

Top 1 milers will move onto the finals.

Bracket style to make it fair.

To keep things equal and inclusive, 1 or more of your team members must identify as female or non-binary.

It is all about strategy and planning out the attack as only one member of your team is on the course going their hardest at a time.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a beginner taking on your first relay, you won’t want to miss this electric energy!

8:15pm - Warm up and circuit preview

8:30pm - Runner pre race briefing/instruction

8:45pm - Relay teams in staging areas

9:00pm - Let the races begin

9:00pm - 30 minute hot lap relay begins

9:45pm - 1 mile race begins

10:15pm - hot lap relay championship

10:45pm - 1 mile championship

11:00pm - After party and awards
