Located on the Batavia Coast in the pristine Champion Bay area, Geraldton Triathlon Club is a progressive club offering a variety of triathlon course lengths, to suit the beginner or curious participant, right up to the serious competitor.

Founded in 1988, our inclusive club has a strong following from members and sponsors. This season will run from 20 September 2026 to 21 March 2027, with club race meetings held on most Sunday mornings. We have distance options to suit all levels of fitness, you can customise your race to suit you, and there's always plenty of encouragement for everyone who comes along. We also run a separate junior triathlon season in Term 1 of each year, on Saturday mornings.

If you're concerned about any of the race disciplines (swim, ride, run), we will work with and support you to make it possible to join in. So get in touch, come and have a go, improve your fitness and meet some great new people along the way!

Registration fees

Where pricing applies, shown amounts include mandatory charges, items, and fees.

Adult Membership (17-64 yrs)

Take part in every race event for the season, nothing more to pay on the day. You will also become an ordinary member of Geraldton Triathlon Association Inc.

Senior Membership (65+ yrs)

Anyone who is 65 years of age or older at the date of registering is eligible for this discounted membership rate. Take part in every race event for the season, nothing more to pay on the day. You will also become an ordinary member of Geraldton Triathlon Association Inc.

Junior Membership (12-16 yrs)

PLEASE NOTE: All juniors aged 12-15 will need to be supervised on the bike course by a parent/guardian for their first three (3) events. As we race on open roads, they need to demonstrate they are riding safely, confident with the road rules and have the bike handling skills required. Take part in every race event for the season, nothing more to pay on the day. You will also become a member of Geraldton Triathlon Association Inc. Please note however that members must be 15 years of age or older to vote at meetings.

Casual Registration (12+ yrs)

Price per race event. Gather at the venue 45 minutes prior to race start to be added to the timing system, get set up and be ready for the race briefing. We are an inclusive club and encourage participants of all abilities and fitness levels to come and have a go. Let us help you discover the joy of triathlon! You might just surprise yourself.
