Join the excitement of the Black Girls RUN! Sweat With Your Sole Conference from wherever you are with our virtual run! Choose the distance that inspires you - 5K, 10K, or half marathon - and complete it at your own pace during the conference. Whether you run, walk, or do a little of both, every mile is an opportunity to celebrate movement, sisterhood, and the strength of our community.

Here's how it works...

	Register for the virtual race. The cost is $45 (includes shipping) for a tank or shirt. Once you finish your challenge, we'll ship your gear right to your door. Just want the gear? Click Register and choose "Gear Only".
	Join the Black Girls Run Strava club. We'll send instructions in your confirmation email. Share your training progress, post photos, celebrate completed miles, and encourage others by leaving comments and kudos on their activities.
	Run or walk your race distance! Try it as many times as you want to reach your goal. The race runs from 9/10/2026 to 9/13/2026.
	Submit your time into the Virtual Results.
