As a Dash4Diabetes Community Ambassador, you'll help introduce friends, family, coworkers, churches, walking groups, neighborhood associations, and community organizations to one of Northeast Florida's premier health and wellness events. Every paid registration generated through your personal Ambassador Link helps Smart Health Initiatives expand community outreach, provide free health screenings, support diabetes prevention programs, and create healthier futures for children, adults, and families.
To help you succeed, we'll provide a Digital Marketing Toolkit filled with professionally designed flyers, social media graphics, sample posts, email templates, and other promotional resources that make sharing Dash4Diabetes easy.
Community Ambassador Rewards
- Earn $5 for every verified paid registration generated through your personal Ambassador Link.
- Earn up to $210 in cash and rewards while helping build a healthier community.
Only paid registrations qualify for Community Ambassador rewards. Free registrations, volunteer registrations, and Step Challenge registrations are not eligible.
