Volunteers Needed for Knights in the Run

Help make Knights on the Run a great experience for all Kids Run and 5k participants. Volunteer opportunities exist in the week leading up to the race or on race-day itself. We could use help with things like race-bag prep (few hours during week of Oct 1), race-day registration, traffic coordination, water station help, post-race tear down.
