What is Run For Markham?
Organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), the Run for Markham is a community charity event dedicated to raising funds in support of the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.
Now celebrating our 4th Annual Event, Run for Markham brings together serious runners, casual runners, walkers, families, and community members from all walks of life for a meaningful and memorable day.
Our goal is simple: to support our local community, bring people together, and make a difference for a noble cause.
Join us as we run, walk, and come together to make a positive impact in our community!

Challenge yourself as a runner! For many years Run for Markham has been the premiere run in the Markham area for professional runners. Your energy fuels the noble cause that will shape the future of Markham.
3K Run
Come in groups, sprint alone, or make it a family goal. Especially suited for first-time runners that aim to make a difference with their 3K endeavor. We will support you all along the way and build your confidence for the 5K run for next year.
1K Fun Walk
We welcome everyone to join in and walk to support the Markham-Stouffville Hospital Foundation. Let’s walk together at Milliken Mills Park for our hospital!
