Each month, participants complete the required distance and earn one custom designed medal inspired by a different Caribbean country. Every medal is unique, collectible, and professionally designed to reflect the culture, landmarks, and energy of that island.

Run or walk anywhere, at your own pace, on your own schedule. Submit your distance, receive your medal, and continue the journey month by month.

Complete your 5K anywhere you choose: Road, Park, Neighbourhood, Beach Treadmill etc.
