TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organiser

The 2XU Compression Run Malaysia 2026 – 10.10 The Big Unlock Giveaway ("Contest") is organised by Infinitus Productions Pte Ltd ("Organiser") through the official Instagram account @2XUCompressionRunMY.

2. Contest Period

The Contest will run for one (1) day only:

• Start Date: 10 October 2026, 10:10 AM (MYT)

• End Date: 11 October 2026, 11:59 PM (MYT)

All entries must be submitted within the Contest Period. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Contest is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements of 2XU Compression Run Malaysia 2026.

3.2 Participants must meet the minimum age requirements for their selected race category as of 20 December 2026:

• 10KM Run: 13 years and above

• 21.1KM Half Marathon: 16 years and above

3.3 Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Contest and redeem the prize.

3.4 Employees of the Organiser, individuals directly involved in the administration or judging of the Contest, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3.5 Participants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's applicable terms of use.

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Contest, participants must complete all the following steps during the Contest Period:

1. Follow the official Instagram account @2XUCompressionRunMY.

2. Like the official 10.10 The Big Unlock Giveaway post.

3. Comment on the giveaway post, stating their preferred race category (10KM or 21.1KM) and explaining why they deserve a spot at the starting line.

4. Tag at least one (1) running buddy in their comment.

4.1 Participants are encouraged to submit creative, original, funny or inspiring answers.

4.2 Each participant may submit multiple entries, provided each entry contains a different original answer and fulfils the participation requirements.

4.3 Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize, regardless of the number of entries submitted.

4.4 No purchase or registration fee is required to participate in the Contest.

5. Prizes

5.1 A total of ten (10) winners will be selected.

5.2 Each winner will receive one (1) complimentary race entry to 2XU Compression Run Malaysia 2026, taking place on 20 December 2026 at Persiaran Flora, Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

5.3 Winners may select either the 10KM Run or 21.1KM Half Marathon, subject to meeting the applicable age eligibility requirements and race slot availability.

5.4 Each complimentary entry includes the standard race entitlements applicable to the selected race category, subject to the event's registration terms and conditions.

5.5 Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and not for resale.

5.6 Winners who have already registered and paid for the event will not be entitled to a refund of their existing registration fees. The complimentary entry may be used for a separate eligible participant, subject to the Organiser's approval and registration requirements.

5.7 Travel, accommodation, transportation and other personal expenses are not included in the prize.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Ten (10) winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the Contest Period.

6.2 Entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and originality

• Relevance to the contest question

• Entertainment value, humour or inspirational quality

6.3 Winners will be selected by the Organiser's appointed judging panel.

6.4 The selection is based on the quality of the submitted answers and is not a random lucky draw.

6.5 The Organiser's decision regarding winner selection is final, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Announcement

7.1 The ten (10) winners will be announced on 13 October 2026 through the official Instagram account @2XUCompressionRunMY.

7.2 Winners may be announced through Instagram posts, Stories or other official event communication channels.

7.3 Winners will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official account.

7.4 Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Instagram account settings allow them to receive messages from the Organiser.

8. Prize Redemption

8.1 Winners must respond to the Organiser's official Instagram DM within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

8.2 Winners will be provided with a complimentary code to redeem their complimentary race entry from the registration platfrom.

8.3 Failure to respond within the stipulated period, provide the required information or meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8.4 The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner if a prize is forfeited.

8.5 Winners must complete the race registration process within the deadline communicated by the Organiser.

9. Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Fail to comply with the Contest participation requirements.

• Contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or inappropriate content.

• Are fraudulent, automated, spam-related or submitted through fake accounts.

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of another person.

• Involve manipulation or attempts to unfairly influence the Contest.

• Otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.

10. Publicity and Personal Data

10.1 By participating, entrants acknowledge that their Instagram handles and submitted comments may be publicly visible.

10.2 Winners' Instagram handles and winning entries may be featured on the Organiser's official social media channels for the purpose of announcing and promoting the Contest, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

10.3 Personal information collected from winners will be used for winner verification, prize fulfilment, race registration and related event administration.

10.4 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organiser's applicable privacy notice and relevant Malaysian personal data protection laws.

11. General Conditions

11.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the Contest where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.

11.2 Any material changes to the Contest will be communicated through the official Instagram account @2XUCompressionRunMY.

11.3 The Organiser shall not be responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical or network issues beyond its reasonable control.

11.4 Participation in the Contest does not guarantee a prize.

11.5 Complimentary race entries remain subject to the event's official registration terms, safety requirements and participant rules.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release Instagram from responsibility arising from or relating to the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Organiser and not to Instagram.

13. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
