Friday Sept 25th (no eva)

Kid’s Race: Have a volunteer at turnaround (redtop/blue ele. intersection). Mike to be at start/finish. Have this volunteer stay here and direct 5/10km runners up Red Top

5km Route:

A CP1 Top of Red Top at Miner’s intersection. Direct 5km runners down Miner’s.

B CP2 Junction of Larrys and Miners. Direct runners to Blue Elephant.

C CP3 Blue Elephant. Direct runners back to the resort.

Volunteers: a total of 8 needed. Someone at start/finish to collect finish times with Mike. Must have a charged cell phone for means of communication. Please use group chat to relay when the last racer has passed. Begin sweep of your section (pick up course markings and any litter) once the last racer has passed. Be prepared with water, warm clothes, headlamp and optional chair.

Saturday October 3rd

Volunteers needed for racer check-in, kids race, lap counting and 3 course marshalls.

Thank you for volunteering! All volunteers will receive an email prior to race day with further details. Please expect an email Thursday night or by Friday mid-day detailing which station you are assigned to along with course maps. The email will state when and where you need to be.
