About the Event
Join us for the World's Largest Polio Walk on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Richardson Adventure Farm in Spring Grove, Illinois. This family-friendly event brings our community together to support Rotary's mission to eradicate polio worldwide through the Rotary Foundation PolioPlus Campaign. All proceeds from the event benefit PolioPlus and help Rotary continue the fight to end polio for good.
Registration and Walk Schedule
Registration, check-in, sign-in, and t-shirt pickup begin at 9:00 a.m. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to check in and receive their event t-shirt before the walk.
The World's Largest Polio Walk begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Registration Includes

- Official event t-shirt (if registered prior to October 1st 11:59pm)

Family Information
Families are encouraged to attend and enjoy the event together.
- Children under 13 walk free
- Family members are welcome to participate and support walkers
- Children under 13 do not pay a walk registration fee
- Anyone wishing to enter Richardson Adventure Farm must purchase farm admission
Richardson Adventure Farm Admission
Participants and family members can enjoy admission to Richardson Adventure Farm for just $15 per person, normally $32 (ages 13 and up) and $26 (ages 3-12.) This special rate provides access to the farm's attractions and activities following the walk.

Walk is benefiting
All walkers are encouraged to solicit donations for The Rotary Foundation PolioPlus campaign. The walk is raising money to End Polio by providing vaccinations globally. Polio is a serious infectious disease that can cause death and paralysis.
This campaign has been an ongoing effort of Rotary International since 1985 when the global PolioPlus campaign was begun. We are close to completing this goal and every dollar you raise is matched by a 2 to 1 grant by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, This campaign also provides public health infrastructure for many developing countries. If polio is eradicated globally, it will be only the second infectious disease that has been totally eliminated.
Rotary International is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, and leaders who volunteer their skills and resources to solve issues and address community needs. We are people of action. All of the local clubs who are sponsoring this walk are members of Rotary International.

All walkers, have an optional $15 access to Richardon's Farms. Wristbands will be handed out at Registration.
