Old Santee Canal Park has given us use of the property; however, we need to make sure all teams clean up after themselves. It is very important that all restroom facilities are used properly, and all trash is put in its proper place.
Please remind your runners that the play area is for young children only
Please do not climb on any of the fencing or the trees
**Major Change for this season - ALL payments MUST be received before September 30, 2026.
**Your team will not be able to participate if I don't have payment ahead of time.**
Meet Information:
Team Check In - At the timing table/finish line. You will receive your bibs and a trash bag in which to place all your trash during the meet. You can leave your filled trash bags at the park gate when you leave.
Team Tents - Please set up any team tents or tarps away from the start/finish area. The covered pavilion near the restroom facilities (white building) is a good place to set up. The person at the check-in table will be able to help.
PARKING - NO PARKING INSIDE the park
Spectator Parking - Spectators will be parking at Moncks Corner Elementary School and then walk into the park. This is roughly a 400 meter walk.
Senior Citizens will be directed to a closer location, but they can't leave their parking area during the race.
Bus Parking will be in the large field next to the park. Please park in the middle of the field since our course runs along the perimeter.
Parking Fee - $5.00 (exact cash is appreciated)
RACE Times:
5:00pm - JV Boys
5:45 - Varsity Boys
6:15pm - Varsity & JV Girls
6:50 - Awards - Will take place at the timing tent/finish line area.
AWARDS:
Medals will be given to:
Top 20 Varsity Boys & Top 20 Varsity Girls
Top 5 JV Boys & Top 5 JV Girls
Team Trophies will be given to the Top 3 Varsity Teams (Boys & Girls)
REGISTRATION FEE:
$75 per team or $150 if both teams are competing. $10.00 per athlete if not fielding a full team.

Please begin the check processing at your school ASAP. If I don't have your payment by race day your team will NOT be able to compete.
