Event Terms & Conditions

1. Registration

• Registration is only valid upon successful payment (where applicable)
• Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Participants must ensure all information submitted is accurate.
• MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser) reserves the right to reject any registration containing but not limited to false or incomplete information.
• Deadline for registration is on 25th September 2026.

2. Eligibility

• The run is open to Malaysian citizens only.
• Participants below 18 years old must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian.
• Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a Registered Participant either being their parent or legal guardian.

3. Health and Fitness

• By entering the event, Participants confirm that they are:

- Medically fit to participate;

- Understand the physical demands of the event

- Participant entirely at their own risk

• Medical support will be available during the event.
• MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser) reserves the right to prevent any participant from continuing if their health or safety is deemed at risk.

4. Event Rules

• Participants shall:

- Obey all instruction from race o􀆯icials, marshalls and volunteers.

- Remain on the designated route.

- Wear their running bib throughout the event.

- Avoid any conduct that may endanger other participants or themselves.

• MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser) may disqualify participants for, but not limited to misconduct or non-compliance.

5. Event Changes

• MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser) reserves the right to:

- Amend the event programme;

- Change the route;

- Postpone, suspend or cancel the event due to weather, safety, force majeure or any circumstances beyond its control.

• No refund shall be provided in such circumstances unless otherwise determined by MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser). Any refund arising from cancellation or postponement of the Event shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable refund policy communicated by the Event Organiser.

6. Race Pack Collection

• Participants are responsible for collecting their race packs during the designated collection period.
• Uncollected race packs may be forfeited.

7. Photography and Media

• Participants give consent to MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser) photographing, filming or recording the event.
• MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser) may use these materials for promotional, educational and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

8. Personal Data

• Personal data collected shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the application privacy notice (s) of the relevant registration/ticketing platform and/or MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser).
• Information collected will only be used for event administration, safety, communication and related activities.

9. Liability

• Participants acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks.
• MOVE-ON Sdn Bhd (Event Organiser), its organising partners, sponsors, volunteers and contractors shall not be liable for:

- Injury;

- Illness;

- Death;

- Property loss;

- Property damage or

- Other claims arising from participation, except where required by law.

• However, ambulance & medics will be on-site at all times to assist any participants in need of medical assistance.

10. Acceptance

• Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
