GCTR October Runs

Monthly pop-up runs

WIth thanks to Gold Coast City Council's Active & Healthy program, we will be hosting a monthly trail run - and for October, we will be taking full advantage of the long weekend and providing 3 trail options:
Day 1 - a hilly 6km ahead of Coomera parkrun (Saturday October 3)
Come for the trail and stay for parkrun or just do the trail run at 6am!
Day 2 - a flat run through Coombabah Wetlands (Sunday October 4)
Two start times so you can choose how much you'd like to do :-)
Day 3 - enjoying the more technical and undulating trails of the GC trail runners spiritual home: Nerang Forest (public holiday Monday October 5) with an earlier run to escape the (potential) increasing heat of 'Spring' over the Halloween Hustle route and a second run so people can enjoy a later start or longer run on the public holiday!

So for those chasing extra k's ahead of upcoming events in the SEQ Trail Series, Blackall 100 or Ultra Trail Kosci or somebody simply starting out in trail - there's something for everyone!
The run is free, and yes, there will be snacks! Please register to help us cater!

Sunday Dec 6 - Hellfire Pass (morning)

Friday Dec 18 - 12 Hills of Xmas - Currumbin (morning)

Sun Jan 3 - Mudgeeraba (morning)

Tue Jan 26 - Goat Loop Guessing Game Nerang

Sun Feb 7 - Reedy Creek

Friday Mar 5 - Tallebudgera

Sun April 11 - Numinbah

Fri May 7 - The Spit ahead of GC30

Sun June 7 - Southern GC special

We'd love to see you as often as your lifestyle permits - or better yet; build your lifestyle around trail running here on the Gold Coast!

A hilly loop through the forest and back in time for parkrun should you wish to run.
