All participants are required to provide their own bike and kayak/canoe.
Bike helmet required.
Race may be completed as a SINGLE or 2-PERSON RELAY TEAM. 1.5 mile flat run, 6.7 mile flat, paved bike, 1.8 mile paddle. Relay: person A runs, person B bikes, both paddle together to finish.
