Beat the Countdown

Take on the Beat the Countdown challenge at the lululemon Run with the Roses 5K. You'll toe the start line early, chasing down a 5K in under 20 minutes before the clock strikes midnight.

You in? Select "Beat the Countdown" as your Start Group during registration to save your spot. No additional cost to participate. Awards will be provided for both the Beat the Countdown challenge and the general midnight start.

Eligibility requires validation using past-race data.

BlacklistLA: How Far Can One Mile Go?

A first mile can grow into a weekly practice. With the right community, a goal becomes a plan, and that plan can lead all the way to a marathon finish line. Crossing it can transform how someone sees their health, their strength, and what’s possible for their future.

BlacklistLA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Los Angeles that builds healthier, more connected communities through running, art, and wellness.

Since 2013, we’ve created welcoming, intentional programming throughout the year that brings Angelenos together to move, connect, and care for themselves. Together, our programs welcome approximately 10,000 in person visits each year.

Our work expands access to running, removes barriers to LA Marathon training, and gives Angelenos the tools and support to build healthier lives.

As a Social Impact Partner and nonprofit beneficiary of Run with the Roses, your donation helps sustain weekly community runs, free marathon training, accessible wellness programming, and the Brave Space, our community wellness hub in Pico Union.
