Join us for a run along the Riverbend!
Run the scenic Foreshore Park in Big Bend, Burnaby for a flat, fast and beautiful event.
Both 5KM & 10KM distances follow the bend of the fraser river in Burnaby's beautiful Foreshore Park. The races both boast fast and flat uninterrupted bike paths and wide gravel trails, making it the perfest race for your first atempts at these distances or to try and run the fastest you've ran before!
Keep an eye out for views of the river and all the wildlife of the winter season (psssst, there's eagles nests on the route!)

S&O Beer Run supports KidSport New West. They do a fantastic job at helping children participate in sports in our local community by providing grants to help cover the costs of registration fees for all kids aged 18 and under in New West to be able to play a season of sport.

Registration Policies
Due to being a small team and having limited resources, there's only so many things we're able to achieve and facilitate. Please read on for our full registration policies.
No refunds
(You can purchase 3rd party registration insurance during the registration process).
No deferrals
(Registration cannot be deferred to another year).
Transfers:
Bibs cannot be used by someone with a different name (This can lead to errors with results and potential medical issues).
Transfers are achievable but must be done through the Race Roster platform. This can be done through our registration page or by contacting us directly.
No waitlist.
Reminder: Full refunds can ONLY be processed for anyone who selects the optional refund insurance during registration
In the event of cancellation of the event for reasons including, but not limited to, weather, forest fires, acts of nature, war, strikes or other circumstances, S&O Beer Run Team will provide a discount towards next years event.
