Celebrate the season and support a St. Louis Treasure!
Hosted by Tower Grove Park, the 10th Annual Frosted 5K raises essential funds to keep the Park a vibrant, beautiful urban oasis all year long. Participants of all ages can enjoy a scenic 5K race or family fun run, followed by a festive celebration at the Frosted Holiday Market and Pop-Up Bar.
All participants will receive exclusive Frosted 5K merchandise with their registration (must register by November 16 to guarantee merchandise). Participants age 21 or older will receive a complimentary post-race beer.

Packet Pickup Info
- Friday, December 11th from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tower Grove Park Office (4257 Northeast Drive, 63110)
- Race-day pickup will also be available at the Old Carriage Shelter (4214 Main Dr. St. Louis, MO 63110) beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in the 5K, as well as for the best costume.
