Celebrating our 21st year, the American Lung Association in Colorado proudly offers the only timed-race event at the famous Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre.
This unique run/walk challenge combines breathtaking scenery and a rock ‘n roll vibe for our 5K and 1.3-mile events. With your support, we can make this event truly unforgettable and surpass our goals.
Join over 1,500 participants for an unforgettable experience. The course begins in the Upper North Lot at Red Rocks, leading you through the scenic park roads and finishing with a thrilling climb up the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre stairs where a party will be in full swing!
Along the way, bands will keep you entertained and motivated as you make every step count. Don’t miss out on this amazing experience!

- 7:30am — Packet Pickup Opens in Upper North Lot
- 8:15am — Entrances closed to all traffic
- 9:00am — 5K Start
- 9:15am — 1.3-mile Family Fun Walk
- 10:00am - Awards and Enjoy music, exhibitors, free beer, food, & fun for all ages on the Plaza.
- Both events will begin in the Upper NORTH LOT.
