Be part of the 12th Annual Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest NM5k Race to Impact on Sunday, October 18. This community event features both a chipped and timed 5K run and a one-mile walk, plus fun pre-race activities and a raffle drawing. Secure your spot in advance and join us in supporting health and wellness.

Please register online in advance to join this event using the button below. Registration closes on Saturday at 5:00 pm.

Race day schedule:

8:00 am: Registration and check-in begin
8:15 am: Race kick-off and warm-up
8:30 am: 5K run starts
8:35 am: One-mile walk starts
