Teams of four battle it out over a fast & furious 5km course in the picturesque Broadwater Parklands. The twilight relay sees runners complete 2 flat and fast loops, ensuring plenty of action for fans and banter between teams!
For those returning, the race has relocated to the northern end of the Parklands but still follows the same route as years past!
There are four (5) divisions on offer, Open Female, Open Male, Open Mixed (2 Females/2 Males), Junior Mixed competing over the 4 x 5km format and a Schools Mixed event utilising a 4 x 2.5km). Mixed teams of other denominations are welcome but are ineligible for podium awards.
With great prizes, giveaways, food, live tunes and beers on hand; the Gold Coast Twilight Relay includes all the great aspects of the run community in one idyllic location on the stunning Gold Coast waterways.

Course Map
It's flat, fast & Fun; our new course for 2026 follows the same route as past years, just starting and finishing from Fisherman's Lawn at the northern end of Broadwater Parklands.
Heading south first; runners will veer left and loop through the wetlands space, emerging back onto the footpath and continuing south before taking a right hand turn past the Fish Shak, right again before the GC Highway and up and over the buildings, dropping back down to sea level and heading all the way back to the start, running clockwise around Fisherman's Lawn before either heading out for Lap 2 or running through the chute for your exchange to the next runner!
