The Norwich Family YMCA Turkey Trot returns for its 45th annual 5K race through the streets of Norwich! This beloved holiday tradition is the perfect way to kick off the season — bringing together family, friends, fitness, and fun in one spirited community event.

💲 Entry Fees:
$33 per participant through November 15
$38 from November 16 through race day
Your entry includes:
Accurate chip timing system
2026 Turkey Trot race shirt
Delicious post-race refreshments: an Arby’s voucher, Stewart’s chocolate milk, bagels from Deja Brew, Chobani Yogurt, and more!
Shirts are guaranteed for all who pre-register by November 15. After the 15th, the race fee will increase and shirts can be picked up at the YMCA.
🦃 Prizes:
All first-place finishers in each age group will receive a frozen turkey, courtesy of our friends at Preferred Mutual Insurance.
👧 Kids Neighborhood Fun Run:
A free, just-for-fun run around the block for children begins at 12:00 noon.
