Volunteer Details
Join us for the Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon as part of the support crew! Volunteers are needed for various roles on Saturday, May 30th and on race day Sunday, May 31st.

Shift Descriptions
Bib Pick Up & Registration Volunteer Sunday 5/31, (4:30am - 10am)
Check-in participants for the event. Distribute race t-shirts & bibs. Assist with answering participant questions. Comfortable with basic customer service and basic technology.
Start Line Volunteer Sunday 5/31, (5am - 11am)
Assist with start line operations directing participants to proper areas and heat times. Should be comfortable being vocal and giving instructions. Help with tear down of area after all runners have started.
Finish Line Volunteer Sunday 5/31, (7am - 12pm)
Distribute water, snacks, and finisher medals to participants. Keep finish line area tidy. Excellent spot for people who like to stay busy.
Festival and Expo Volunteer Sunday 5/31, (6am - 12pm)
Help in the race expo area. Duties may include distributing wine tumblers, helping with bag check, keeping expo area clean.
