Event Details and Schedule
Packet Pick-up Friday, January 8th, 2027, opens at NOON and closes at 6:30 pm, and will be held at our host hotel (1st floor near lobby area), Holiday Inn Express located at 2142 Telshore Court, Las Cruces, NM 88011
Race Day Schedule: January 9th, 2027
The Start/Finish line will be held on the Field of Dreams Stadium Track

- 6:15 AM MST Packet Pick-up opens. (Your bibs must be picked up 15 minutes before the start of each race.)
- 7:00 AM MST Early Bird start for Half and Full marathon participants. You must be signed up in advance for this wave.
- 7:55 AM MST - National Anthem
- 8:00 AM MST - Marathon
- 8:15 AM MST - Half Marathon Start
- 8:20 AM MST - .47-mile Kids Mini Celebration Dash Start
- 8:30 AM MST - 4.7-Mile Celebration Run
- 10:00 AM MST - Awards can begin to be picked up at the Awards Tent
- Course Closes at 3 PM Sharp (8-hour cutoff)
- Note: All age group awards will need to be picked up on race day at The Field of Dreams or the week after at Bluebird Running Company, 136 S. Water St., Las Cruces, NM
- Please scan the QR code at the finish line before you leave to see if you placed in your age group.

Cutoff Times making you nervous?
Join the "Early Bird" start wave and start your race at 7 a.m., giving you an extra hour on the course. The caveat: the "Early Bird" wave is only for runners who require the extra time to finish within the course limits, not for faster runners who wish to complete the course earlier. (not eligible for awards) The first few aid stations on the course may not be set up when you arrive, so you will need to plan accordingly.

Medical Aid / Refunds / Transfer Fee
- Emergency medical aid will be available at the start/finish area. Remember to drink plenty of fluids before and during the race. Water stations are approximately every 1.5 - 2 miles along the course route.
- We take reasonable precautions in planning a safe event. (Participation is at your own risk.)
- Refund / Transfer and Disqualification Policies
NO Refund on race entry fees. - (Transfer Policy: $5.00 fee for any transfer (event to event or participant to participant)
- Disqualifying participants for using someone else's Bib. Any participant who runs under someone else’s bib will be disqualified and not scored. For the safety of our runners, and in case of a medical emergency, the registration data associated with the race number must belong to the person wearing the bib.
