General Questions:
1. What is the new date for the EastWest Dream Run Clark 2026?
The event has been rescheduled to January 17, 2027 (Sunday) at Filinvest Mimosa Plus Events Grounds.
2. Why has the event been rescheduled?
The event has been rescheduled due to the typhoon last September 2026, with the safety and well-being of our participants, staff, and event personnel as our top priority.
Registration:
1. Is registration for the Clark leg still open?
Yes! More dreamers are welcome to join the rescheduled event. Register by clicking here.

Refund & Race Kit:
1. Can I request a refund if I can no longer participate on the new event date?
Yes, you may request a refund, provided you completed your registration before August 30, 2026. Alternatively, you may claim your race kit as a souvenir, but this means waiving your right to a refund.
2. If I can’t attend the event, can I still claim my race kit?
Absolutely! You may still claim your race kit even if you cannot participate on the new race date. However, claiming your race kit will forfeit your eligibility for a refund.
3. How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email info@runrio.com using the subject line “Refund Request – [Confirmation Number]” and include the following details:
Registered Name
Payment Reference Number
Email Address
Payment Method
Once your information has been verified, your refund will be credited to your chosen payment channel within seven (7) banking days.
4. I’ve already claimed my race kit prior to the September schedule of the event. Can I still request a refund?
Yes. You may still request a refund even after claiming your race kit, as long as all items are unused and in their original condition. The race kit must first be returned and inspected before the refund can be approved.
To request a refund, please email info@runrio.com using the subject line “Refund Request – [Confirmation Number]. Our team will provide instructions on how to return your race kit for inspection. Please note that return shipping or delivery costs will be shouldered by the participant.
Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, your refund will be credited to your preferred payment channel within seven (7) banking days.
5. When is the next race kit claiming schedule for participants who were unable to claim their kits?
Participants who have not yet claimed their race kits may do so on January 15, 2027 (Friday), from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Cycles & Brew
in the Clark Freeport Zone. We encourage all concerned participants to claim their race kits within this period.
