Help Eilea raise money

Running has always been a personal challenge for me - a way to push my limits and grow (if you know me, I love pushing the limits). I’ve completed this Walt Disney World Marathon three times, each one teaching me something new about perseverance and discipline. But it wasn’t until I ran the NYC Marathon, fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, that running took on a deeper purpose. That experience showed me how powerful it can be to turn miles into meaningful impact.

This year, I’m building on that purpose in a new way. I’m choosing to support the Anaheim Community Foundation, an organization that makes a direct difference right in the local community. While national causes have a broad impact, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of investing in the communities around us, where even small contributions can make a visible and lasting difference.

Every mile I run in this marathon is about more than just crossing the finish line. It’s about giving back, supporting others, and being part of something bigger than myself. Your support helps strengthen programs, uplift families, and create opportunities within Anaheim, and I’m incredibly grateful to be running for that purpose. Whether big or small, every contribution helps create real change.
