Welcome back to the iconic and legendary 37th Annual Way too Cool 50K, where trail runners gather to tackle one of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the country. With its rolling hills, creek crossings (yup your feet will get wet!) and breathtaking views, this race has become a beloved tradition in the ultra-running community.
Our 10-mile trail run, now in its second year is a fresh addition to the celebrated Way too Cool 50K, offering runners a shorter but still challenging course through the beautiful and rugged terrain of Northern California. With its infusion into the iconic ultra, the 10-mile race promises to draw both seasoned runners and newcomers looking for an inspiring trail adventure.
You can expect first class race management from start to finish. Well stocked aid stations, experienced volunteers and the best part....our homemade signature frog cupcake!

Cancellation Policy
Per the running industry policy, all entry fees are non-refundable & entries are non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your number to anyone else, and you may not transfer your 2027 entry fee to a future race. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, etc. If the course has to be changed or the race is cancelled due to an act of nature there are no refunds or rollovers. There are NO exceptions.
That being said, we are excited to provide access to the Race Roster Refund Protection Program. For a small additional fee, you can register with peace of mind that if you cannot make it to race day, your experience is covered. Should you need to make a refund request, click here to start the process. Teak can guide you through the process and provide a refund on your race fee. If you have questions regarding this program or your refund request, please reach out to help@requestmyrefund.com.
Please note that by opting in to the Refund Protection Program, your purchase is protected only if you need to withdraw from the event due to a protected reason. Should you wish to switch distances, you will need to use the transfer tool and are subject to any processing fees and or/price changes that come with use of this tool.
