Want to spread the cost of your entry? No problem. We have set up a payment plan option for 5 day event, which is available until 31 October. The full cost of a payment plan entry is $1,899 . This is available to both NZ and International Riders
- Initial Entry $399, due at the time of entry
- Payment 1 $250, due 20 September 2026
- Payment 2 $250, due 20 October 2026
- Payment 3 $250, due 20 November 2026
- Payment 4 $250, due 20 December 2026
- Payment 5 $250, due 20 January 2027
- Payment 6 $250, due 20 February 2027
HOW TO ENTER WITH PAYMENT PLAN
- Click "register" and select your desired 5 day event, follow the online prompts to complete your entry.
- Copy and past the promo code PAYMENTPLAN27 into the promo code section
- Review and complete your entry.
- We will send you payment request emails on the due to complete your instalments via email. You will have 7 days to pay the instalment from the dates dates above.
NOTES ON PAYMENT PLAN - please read
- The Enhanced Refund Protection only covers the initial payment only, not all instalments.
- Payment plans are not eligible for the early entry discount.
- All Payment plans are subject to the event refund policy
- Payment instalments over 21 days overdue will be withdrawn from the event.
