All event participants receive a race participant shirt, bib, medal, and refreshments at the finish line.
All finishers will receive an event medal.
Top 3 overall men, women & non-binary participants in the 5k (must come in under 25min), 10k (must come in under 45min), and Half Marathon (must come in under 1hr 30min) races will receive cash prizes* at the finish line.
*Student athletes are not eligible for cash awards. Any student that accepts cash or merchandise based upon their performance in a sport will lose their amateur standing and will no longer be able to participate in that sport.
In addition, in the week following the race, non-cash awards will be emailed to the top three age division runners (male, female & non-binary), top 10 overall active military runners (male, female & non-binary), and top 10 overall masters runners (40+ male, female & non-binary) in all events. Age divisions are as follows: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89 and 90+.
Are you active military or a veteran? We are happy to offer you Early Bird Rates year round.

Non-US military are welcome.
We offer comped entries for in-person events for athletes who can prove qualifying times within the last 2 years. Please note that we only offer complimentary registration and do not cover any transportation, lodging, food or visa fees.
We do not offer comped entry for virtual events.

The Seattle Marathon Family of events will take place rain or shine. Only a "force majeure" will be cause for cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
No transfers or medical comps.
No race day registration or changes.
Be sure to provide a valid email address in order to receive your confirmation email.
No Bandits. The Seattle Marathon Association does not allow bandits on the course. Please show your support for our event by registering.
