REDLINE Fitness Games Singapore 2027

HOW TO DO NAME TRANSFER/ NAME CHANGE:

If you have purchased PIMP YOUR REDLINE+ Add-On bundle during Early Bird ticket purchase, your bundle is including an unlimited name change:

1. Please email marketing@redlinefitnessgames.com with subject REDLINE SINGAPORE NAME CHANGE REQUEST
2. Please share with us the ORIGINAL ticket confirmation ID, full name, and email.
3. Please share with us the NEW participant email address.
4. Please remark to us if you register your ticket with a promo code as we will then provide you a promo code as well for the new participant to register.
5. Our team will then initiate a name transfer process from our system within 72 hours:
   • Original participant should receive notification that a transfer has been initiated.
   • New participant should receive email to complete their transfer.
6. Please complete the transfer within 7 days.
7. Once transfer is completed, the original participant will become inactive.

Deadline to request name change/transfer is 8 January 2027.

If you do not have PIMP YOUR REDLINE+ bundle, there will be a transfer fee of SGD29 per name change. Please follow the below steps:

1. Sign in to your race roster account. If you purchase Doubles/ Team Relay, the primary person who purchased the ticket should sign in to the race roster account.
2. Go to this link https://raceroster.com/events/2027/138759/redline-fitness-games-singapore-2027/new-transfer-request
3. Follow the instruction and enter the new participant email address.
4. Make a SGD29 transfer fee.
5. Original participant should receive notification that a transfer has been initiated.
6. New participant should receive email to complete their transfer.
7. Please complete the transfer within 7 days.
8. Once transfer is completed, the original participant will become inactive.

This name transfer feature will be available until 8 January 2027.
