- Competitor bag packing and venue setup for briefing day on Thursday 5th March
BRIEFING SETUP AND DAY

- Claremont Showgrounds – Centenary Pavilion, Gate 8 off Ashton Ave.
- Venue setup, event Briefing and bag collection, pack down and cleanup
SKIPPERS BRIEFING
- Monday15th March

- Briefing setup, serving drinks, pack down and cleanup
START LINE SETUP & INTERSTATE/ COUNTRY BRIEFING

- Fremantle Surf Club Leighton
- Start line setup with events team and Interstate briefing and bag collection
EVENT DAY - START LINE
- Saturday 20th March
- 4.30 AM – 8:30 AM
- Fremantle Surf Club Leighton
- Finalising start line setup, event start and pack down.
EVENT DAY - FINISH LINE
- Saturday 20th March
- 8:00am – 6:30pm
- Rottnest Island – Finish Line.
- Final finish line set up, swimmer assistance, recovery tent, pack down
- Ferry departure and return times from B-Shed and Northport will be confirmed closer to the event.
