An epic West Coast experience!

Hornby Island 50k & 25k

Experience one of BC’s most beautiful trail races! The Hornby Island 50K and 25K showcase the island’s incredible mix of forest singletrack, ocean views, and flowy ridgelines that make this place a trail-running paradise.

The 50K (route) is a full island tour with roughly 1,400 m of elevation gain, weaving through mossy forest, rugged coastal bluffs, and fast, runnable sections that keep you smiling (and sweating).

The 25K (route) offers a taste of the same magic - steep climbs, lush forest, and sweeping views - perfect for anyone looking for a challenging but approachable distance.

Both courses are fully marked and supported by our legendary volunteers. Afterward, stick around for a relaxed island-style celebration with food, community, and good vibes by the sea.

We hold several spots for local residents even though the event is sold out. Please contact the Race Director directly at myke@coastlineendurancerunning.com. You will need to provide proof of residency in Hornby Island with your email.

Fee Notes

  1. Online Registration will close on Thursday March 11th, 2027 at 11:59pm.
  2. An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into this event.
  3. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars.

  5. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
