Start the year strong and take the first step toward your health and fitness goals at UNF’s Swoop the Loop! Join students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members for a morning filled with fitness, fun, and Osprey pride.

Whether you're tackling a New Year's resolution, training for your next race, or simply looking for a fun and active way to spend the morning, this annual UNF tradition is the perfect way to kick off the year.

This event is open to runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels. Come make memories, connect with the UNF community, and kick off your day with an energizing run or stroll on campus.

Team Registrations

NEW this year! Register as part of a team and enjoy the event together. Whether you're representing a company, friend group, alumni network, or organization, team participation adds an extra element of fun and friendly competition.

Before registering, choose one person to serve as the Team Leader. During registration, the Team Leader should select "Create Team" and enter the team name. Once the team has been created, they can share the team name with others. As additional participants register, they can select the existing team name and join the roster.

Packet Pickup

Packets will be available at 1st Place Sports Baymeadows location on Friday, January 8th. Unclaimed packets will be available at the Amphitheater on race morning starting at 6:30 AM.

Award plaques will be given to the top three overall men and women, top masters male and female, and three deep in each male and female age group from 10 & under to 80 & over.
