The Squamish 50 races are TOUGH, truly unforgettable trail running experiences. With our marquee 50 mile race boasting over 85% singletrack and more than 11,000 feet of climbing and descent, topped off by stunning sweeping vistas across glaciated snow capped peaks that jut straight out of the Pacific Ocean, these courses are sure to take your breath away.

Fee Notes
1. The price shown includes the Race Roster processing fee for all online registrations and merchandise purchases.
2. Online registration will close at midnight on Aug 1, 2027, or when sold out.
3. 5% GST will be applied at checkout on your registration.
4. 5% GST & 7% PST will be applied at checkout on merchandise purchases.
5. VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover Card accepted.
6. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars.
7. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Squamish 50 or Race Roster for your registration into this event.
Cancellation / Transfer Policy
As a small events company, our community is important to us. We've tried to make our policies as fair as possible, to balance the health of our operation with flexibility for you the runners.
There are no waitlists. Once we are sold out, that's it. Please consider joining us as a volunteer to attain early entry into the following edition of SQ50.
Bibs are not transferrable to another runner under any circumstances.
Entries are not deferrable to a future race.
Up to May 1, anyone dropping out will receive a 50% refund of entry fees.
Up to July 31, you can drop down to a shorter distance event. No credit or refund is available if dropping down in distance. We cannot move anyone up to a longer distance event.
Full refunds can ONLY be processed for anyone who selects the optional refund insurance during registration.
For events that are cancelled for reasons beyond our control, including acts of nature, war, strikes, access issues or other unforeseeable circumstances, or similar cause beyond the control of the organizers, Coast Mountain Trail Running carries an Event Cancellation Refund Protection Benefit to be able to offer runners full refunds in such an unlikely event. Unfortunately, as we've discovered, pandemics are not covered by this benefit. See full details.

The Fine Print
Organizers
The Squamish 50 is organized and staged by Coast Mountain Trail Running. Race management reserves the right to add, modify, replace or cancel venues or events at any time. Race Management reserves the right to make changes and amendments to the rules and regulations at any time. In the event that changes are made, race management will contact all registered racers with any updates so that they may make the appropriate adjustments to their preparations for the race.
Participants
The Squamish 50 is a very physically challenging event. Participants must be 19 years of age or older on race day; however we will accept runners 12 -18 years old with a parental waiver signed onsite.
Code of Ethics
Please note that you cannot complete registration if you have ever been banned from any event, for any sport, for cheating, whether by doping, shorting the course, or other means. No athlete who has served a cheating ban is eligible to participate at any of our events.
