Refund and Cancelation Policy
No refunds, or registration transfers allowed. Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
Participant and volunteer safety is our priority, and in the unlikely case of event cancellation all participants will receive notification via email. No refunds, and no registration deferrals will be issued for the event of race cancellation due to air quality, or extreme weather conditions. This is due to the fact that once registration is confirmed, all related event materials, and commitments are non-recoverable. If the event is cancelled, purchased merchandise and race packages will be available for pickup, with the pickup location detailed in an email to race registrants.
